Main Focus of the Role

A fantastic opportunity for a Revit MEP CAD Technician to join the team, assisting in the delivery of high profile and complex engineering projects. Responsible for the production of technical information, including 2D, 3D and 4D and also for the coordination of model information on live projects. Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Model set up using Revit MEP

• Template & Sheets set up

• Building library of families

• Input to the project BEP

• Input to project rules & dashboard

• Modelling from engineers mark ups, details & instructions

• Leading model reviews with engineers

• Outputting drawings and issuing models

• Attend external DTMs

Candidate requirements

• Demonstrable success in the execution of MEP related projects

• Desire to drive projects/teams forward and take the initiative where necessary

• Experience of Revit MEP (minimum 2 years)

• Right to work in the UK (without sponsorship)

• Desirable but not crucial - experience of BIM 360 & Navisworks
